quick and almost painless

Finding information on line was difficult as the way I input teh question didn't seem to trigger an answer for me, On the whole, I find TurboTax to be a simple way to file taxes. Everything is double checked, the tax laws are reviewed frequently keeping the program up to date even if congress isn't. This saves me an ulcer every year trying to figure out how new laws change what I owe. Thanks for helping me keep my sanity.
What's great about it: If you have all the tax paperwork ready Turbo Tax is a simple and almost painless way to file taxes
What's not so great: had to correct the city tax contributions twice before it stayed correct.

Love the flexibility

I have been using TurboTax for several years now. It is great to be able to work on the taxes at my convenience when my wife and I both manage to have a day off rather than having to make an appointment and juggle work schedules. The program guides you through fairly easily, though it can be cumbersome if you have to make changes due to updated information. But I guess having to make a follow-up appointment or reschedule would be just as bad. Overall I would definitely recommend using TurboTax to anyone who is interested in an alternative to traditional tax preparation methods.
What's great about it: Great for couples with different schedules
What's not so great: Makes procrastination easy.

What's great about it: Step by step and easy!
What's not so great: TN doesn't require state form - TT tried to charge me for filing state return - it shouldn't have pressed me to submit.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

As stated above and the filing fees are steep. Everything else is very good. I know I could never have all the necessary information at my fingertips...it does and I greatly appreciate this service.
