I have used Turbo Tax for multiple years. Plan on continuing to use it as long as possible.
What's great about it: Great step by step directions.
What's not so great: Being able to go to a certain place directly.

Time Saver

I really enjoyed doing my taxes. Everything was so easily understood. The sections were bright and inviting. I really didn't have the usual heavy feeling even though I had to pay.
What's great about it: EASY TO UNDERSTAND QUESTIONS AND EXPLANATIONS
What's not so great: I NEEDED THE COST FOR MULTIPLER STATE COST BEFORE THE PURCHASE

Another great job

I have used TurboTax for several years and it really makes doing this painful job quite easy. It flows logically and nice to see the calculator at the top of the screen letting you know the impact of the various entries.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Just answer the questions and get it done
What's not so great: Some times I felt information should have been already filled in

Turbo Tax Deluxe

Sometimes it took too long the go back and forward. I have to remember to go manually instead of Guided. Wish I could have access to Pub. 550 and other information with greater ease and not have to buy the Premier to get extra help. I had the Deluxe but could have gotten away with the basic in the end. I love not having to go to the post office and being able to use Turbo Tax year after year with all the information being saved and imported; saved some time and prevents mistakes. I love having it saved on computer automatically. For loyal users year after year, we should be given a discount or rebate for being repeat users.
What's great about it: Don't have to do the math
What's not so great: I like to see the actual tax forms and the sequence before the end of whole process.

I am not a person who has the time to read up on tax law
and what deductions I am able to take so I appreciate what Turbo Tax can do for me. I do not have the time to spend at an accountant's office and I really don't have any complicated deductions so this works so well for me and my family.
