What's great about it: MAKES FILING TAXES EASY

the 1099 part of the instructions are a little confusing but the rest is easy to use, I like the fact it brings info year to year

For the most part, this makes my life easier, but it would be better if the tax code was simplier, so a computer program isn't necessary.
What's great about it: step-by-step guide
What's not so great: Help menu is not very helpful for fixing problems. Had to call an accountant friend, who also uses TurboTax

Will use this software next year to file my taxes. We used to use another tax return company but they did not seem to find us all the deductiona that turbo tax does.
What's great about it: Love that the system walks you through the steps
What's not so great: Sometimes can't find the exact form or deduction need

Once you go Turbo Tax, you never go back

Turbo tax is fantastic. I've used it for several years. I am a repeat customer because I haven't seen or heard of a superior product within the same price range.
I found it be impressively accurate each year that I've used it. In the first two years I used it, I chose to take the "easy" guided step-by-step way to complete the tax forms. After finishing, I went through each form to verify that Turbo Tax had interpreted by input as intended. It was perfect.
I find it tremendously helpful to be able to compare some line items with the previous year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, updated tax rules, help utilities are great, takes you through the forms with subtle rules multiple times
What's not so great: None

Easy Breezy

Since I began purchasing Turbo Tax years ago, I have become the unofficial tax expert not only in my family, but extending to friends. I will continue to purchase the product in years to come in order to ensure not only my tax returns are done correctly, but everyone else that I help as well.
