Easy As Pie

I have been a user of Turbo Tax for over 10 years. When tax time comes around, I gladly pickup my copy and start the process.
It simple to setup and use, thorough, and sure makes life easy.
What's great about it: System is easy to walk through
What's not so great: Taxes take time - program or not

Better than the lotto

I have worked with Turbo Tax for several year and find it is one of the best experience to complete a difficult process of organizing financial material and paying the least amount of taxes to the federal government. Turbo Tax guides the individual through the process recognizing there are questions possible simple formatted answers which ease the process and decrease the overall stress.
Having recommended Turbo Tax to several co-workers who were paying up to $800.00 a year to accountants, I was informed the software programs they purchased decreased their expenses and increased their return by several thousand dollars. In all cases they were unaware of simple deductions they could have been using over the years due to their professions. Thank you for the opportunity to share my pleasure with your product.

What's great about it: Working with TurboTax is the best method for filing taxes
What's not so great: I don't like filling taxes, but it is something that most people do this time of year.

Found that filing was just a matter of following through step by step. Could always double check with the explain this each time. Will continue to use for out future returns.

got me started, not my usual procrastination

It is hard to face a pile of paper and many blank forms and get motivated to start the process. TurboTax does away with the intimidating blank forms, and you know you can stop any time and resume later.... so I (at least) have so much less trouble getting started. Before using TurboTax, I never got my returns in on time. Now it's almost painless and I don't procrastinate any more.
What's great about it: Eases the block we all have to starting our taxes
What's not so great: Liked it all
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
