like being led along initially and then able to review and update on my own...especially helpful to see what I did the previous year so I don't miss anything and if I need to can look into adding additional items didn't have last year...
What's great about it: Easy to use, never have a problem that can't get explained and solved

Outstanding Program!

I must say I hate tax season. I don't think I've ever gotten a refund from the federal government. Thanks a LOT, Obama. But in terms of this program, hey at least it makes the process easy and maybe even a little bit fun. My family all uses your program and I can see why. Thank you for putting out such a great program, and we will be purchasing again next year. Hopefully we get a federal refund for the first time ever. Perhaps I'll apply a maximum withholding on my income and scoot by on my panhandling wages. (kidding)
What's great about it: Communicating in "people" terms, easy to navigate, nicely divided sections, able to save mid-process
What's not so great: About the program: nothing. About stupid taxes: I hate them. But this program at least makes it easy

Great software, allows you to import tax data from various sources and focus on the most common items.

My Last Min Return

Have used TurboTax since 1997 and cannot think of using anything else.
What's great about it: User Friendly walking you through each
What's not so great: Some ares get hung up with wrong info and then hard to change.

Except for the printing of certain forms it seemed easy to complete a return.

I liked how easy it is to transfer last years return information to the next year, and walked you thourgh the income and dedution sections of the return while making edits easy
