Easy Does It

I've use Turbo Tax Deluxe the past 10 years. It continues to get easier to use every year. I love the auto-fill feature and the way it asks questions about things you might have missed.
Would like to be able to go directly to error area a little easier.

All in all, an excellent program.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Not able to go directly to area designated an error directly.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It gets better every year. It makes it fairly easy to do your own taxes. There is several ways to get additional help or answer questions.
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: sometimes hard to go back to a particular item

We will continue to do turbo tax. We went to a Tax Prepayer last year and they got the same information and amount that we received. We paid them alot of money too.

The only way to do taxes!!

You don't have to have to be a rocket scientist to do your taxes with Turbo Tax. Every category is intensely explained, checked and rechecked for your best and trusted total tax experience. I always use Turbo Tax and always will.
What's great about it: Extremely informative and constant guidance at every step.

Quick and EZ

I am a return Turbo-tax user and this was my 3rd year. It is very easy to navigate, complete your forms and e-file. If I needed to refernce help, I sometimes got a little lost, however, to be fair, I did not allow myself the adequate time to take advantage of all the help available. This will change next year.
What's great about it: Easy to Navigate; Download Easily Accessable and prompts if problems
What's not so great: Limited info re: non-cash contributions; non-standard filing can get a little confusing
