I have been purchasing TurboTax for years, I don't like any other software for filing my taxes. Turbo tax is easy to understand and to follow. I received another tax preparation kit in the mail for free, I waited until I had the money to purchase this software to complete my taxes.
What's great about it: I always purchase Turbo Tax. It is easy to follow.

Great product that is logical to follow

I have used the turbo tax product for 10+ years. I highly recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years. It is user friendly and consistent from year-to-year in appearance and in the instructions and explanations provided.
What's great about it: User Free, understandable, and consistent from year-to-year.

awesome program

I have used Turbo Tax going on 10+ yrs now, it is a great program very simple to use and very helpful. The only complaint I have is some of the tax breaks that the military active/retired may receive is not always listed. If you do not know about the tax break it will get overlooked and for that reason i have to amend 2 yrs of tax returns.
Turbo Tax has always been my first choice because of the support you receive from their staff either via email, phone or chat they are very helpful or will get the answers and get back with you. I will continue using this tax program as long as they keep the outstanding service i have received so far.

What's great about it: simple, step by step, road map start to finish
What's not so great: you are not able to get a hard copy for military, only through the website to take of the advantage of the military rate

So easy!!

There was absolutely NOTHING to dislike about this program. It was so easy and helpful. It also checked for deductions that no other tax prep company has even asked us about. Our only regret is not doing this sooner!

i have used it for years i love the fact that if nothing changes you just have to type in the numbers
it automaticly prompts for income and deductions
its deductable works great getting values of items that you donate to charities
even short form for the kids it works great

what i would like to see is an app for the average person that you could keep track of the items that are donated durring the course of the year 3 or 4 times to whom and when and have turbo tax pick it up on the fly
What's great about it: addons that had to paid for in past now free
What's not so great: ein required for colleges and no way to search for by name

I have used turbotax for greater than 10 years and have never been disappointed with the ease of use and precise calculations provided by the program. Plan on using again next year.
What's great about it: Program is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Cost
