great tools and support, easy to follow and results way more than the expected one
What's great about it: everything easy to follow and results is like I'm paying a pro

I use a mix of do it yourself as I get elements, then use the guide me to finish and be sure all is covered.
What's great about it: Understandable
What's not so great: Still dealing with a not-understandable tax code

We love the guided steps to complete the tax forms. It makes doing taxes somewhat enjoyable and not such an arduous task.

TurboTax is so quick and easy to use. I used to spend hours going over federal forms and instructions, but TurboTax allowed me to complete my return in no time at all.

I've used TurboTax for several years now and it has always worked well. I trust the program and have not had any issues with my results so far. Will continue to use until it not longer does the job.
What's great about it: Quick and well guided through the process
What's not so great: Left a few questions unanswered as to how to reply
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Love TurboTax!

I use TurboTax every year. It makes it so much easier when most of my information is already saved. It guides you through the tax process quickly and easily.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: refinance part was a little confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
