Got the refund I ws looking for

I always use Turbo Tax for filing my taxes with ease and only having to do one State return.
This year I have 3 State returns to do and it was very frustrating and confusing. I hope everything worked out. But I will still continue to use Turbo Tax in the future because I like the product.

What's great about it: Federal Return was easy to follow and use

Money is Good!

Even though I have a home business and itemized deductions I used Turbo Tax Deluxe with Federal & State . It's nice that personal Information from previous year transfers over. It would be very helpful if it had a checklist sheet that came up before you begin to outline all the sections and the all documents that you would need. Having the question and answer area was somewhat helpful when your not quite sure about an entry. Going back to sections to make changes was a little awkward. Being able to save and have it go back where you leave off is great. It does try to find all the deductions that your entitled to and is thorough about giving you information and checking your return. Wish State e file was included.I've always received a refund.Been using Turbo Tax for years and pretty happy with the results.
What's great about it: Transfer of information from previous year
What's not so great: Would like to know all the documents needed before beginning

there are still some technical term and condition not 100% understand, I have to do my best guess to fill. overall still consider good but very time consume.

The Turbo Tax software was very user friendly. I've used other tax software, but they have not measured up to my positive experience with Turbo Tax. It's error correction even caught the wrong zip code I'd entered on one of my children's college 1098 forms. Turbo Tax, I'm impressed!
What's great about it: Easy to use, checks for any errors
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Gives me piece of mind

Ever since I switched to using TurboTax for my yearly tax preparation, at the recommendation of a friend, I've always felt at ease knowing my Returns would be completed thoroughly & every applicable deduction would be accounted for! This is especially important to me as a single Mom, TurboTax really does give me piece of mind knowing my taxes are done right.
