Taxes made Easy!

Turbo Tax is easy to review, with ample opportunity to review any section of the tax return, and also go back and edit any errors you may have entered. Highly recommend it!!!

This is my 4th year using Turbo Tax and I'll never go without it at this point. I love the audit meter. With a self-employed spouse its scary to worry about an audit with per diems and travel, etc. But, the audit meter put me at ease. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: understandable and simple
What's not so great: trouble with unchecking something

Really enjoy the user-friendly service that allows me to move around the way I like, and I especially like the way the system transfers everything from the previous year's filing.
What's great about it: easy to use, allows you to make short cuts if you don't want (or need) the step by step tutorial.
What's not so great: Not a thing!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made Taxes Easy

Other than having to search a little to find out about SSI, did have backup with "Chat"/"Question & Answer".
Filing Free State Tax was unclear. When buying T.T. from a retailer, you could prepare for no charge, but filing you were charged. Program should not state (2) Free Federal & (1) Free State filing.
Contacted your Customer Service through "Chat" & explained situation. Was extremely pleased with the outcome & service.
What's great about it: Filled in all of the blank, made doing taxes simply
What's not so great: In some spots was not clear where to entry dollars, had to search

I have always used TurboTax because it is easy to use. It guides me through my return and finds deductions that I would not have thought of. It also enters all of my information in the proper places on the proper forms and boxes.
What's great about it: Very Easy Guided Filing of Return, full of expert assistance
What's not so great: Nothing!

Wonderful Product!

I've used TurboTax ever since it came out and couldn't do this project without it! Not only do I have confidence that the program found all the deductions - and reminded me of all our sources of income - I also learned along the way something about the best ways to prepare for this annual chore.
What's great about it: Love the step-by-step intuitive progression
What's not so great: All the extra "stuff" after I click to file electronically seemed tedious
