I can login the intuit website but cannot login the turbotax app to pay for my state return. I clicked on contact support and get an error message. Other than that it works pretty well.
What's great about it: nice wizard
What's not so great: I got stuck

Pretty Good

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the program. I've compared it to others, and TurboTax got me a comparable (only slightly better) return. Nothing extraordinary...
What's great about it: Walked me through step by step.
What's not so great: VERY time consuming.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for years. The intuitive, interactive interview guides you through completing your return with ease. My returns have become more complex as I've aged, but Turbo Tax has made the changes almost painless.
What's great about it: Guides you each step of the way.

Frustrated

THis is my 2nd time using turbo tax and we have had good success with using it in the past. Right before we filed this year it asked me for the zip code of my former University that I attended. THe information had already been entered from a prior year so I could not figure out why or what Turbo Tax was looking for. I entered in a different zip code for the University and it accepted it. My only frustration is I dont know why it asked me that question 1. On the last step before I filed. 2. It did say it was for the University it just said the zip code was not correct. FRUSTRATED!!!
What's great about it: Convenient
What's not so great: Last second questions before filing. Does not explain questions or where to find information.

I have been using Turbo Tax for a long time; I wouldn't use any other tax software. I think my favorite feature is that Turbo Tax carries the information from last year forward to the current year return.
Such a relief to have my friend Turbo Tax to walk me through the nightmare of taxes.

What's great about it: The step by step process is very user friendly and uses just plain English - no "legalese"
