Nice Tax Help

I've been using Turbo Tax since 1994. There is no way I would use any other product. It is so easy to use, and 100% accurate. I would very highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone!

Love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for about 6 years. I love it! I feel very confident that all aspects of my tax situation are addressed and Turbo Tax provides the help anytime I need it.

TT + Dad = Refund

Probably things got messed up because the tabs at the top of the window don't look as though you have to follow them in order from left to right. Whatever, without Dad's help, TT was saying I owed $2K; after he reviewed it, I got back almost $400. I'm no fool, but I think you can make your product easier for first-time filers like me!
What's great about it: was quick for me and ok for Dad.
What's not so great: first pass didn't flag any errors, but messed up my educational income/expenses.

Truly Terrific TurboTax!

I have used TurboTax for several years now and it has allowed me to file my taxes accurately and without fear of the process. I have my documentation at hand, answer the questions, plug in the numbers and file. It is much easier than compiling a whole portfolio for a "tax professional" and having them do the same thing I can do with TurboTax. Since using TurboTax, I have not received a single letter from the IRS telling me that I owe additional money plus interest. Thank you TurboTax!!!
What's great about it: Affordable; Simple to Load; Easy to Navigate Within Program; Thorough; Gives Easy to Understand Explanations; Awesome!
What's not so great: Can't really think of any cons....oh, maybe that I don't get a letter from the IRS later asking for more $$

Once again - Easily done

It is an easy product to use year over year. A basic walk through approach makes information entry simple, and if you have a question there are links on the individual pages. The approach makes the complexity of tax a very straight forward process. What's better is the return is fully reviewed, audit issues identified for completion, and when you are ready the filing is a few clicks away. Highly recommended. It is the best product you can find for home or business returns.
What's great about it: The simple upload of last years return, easy walk through guidance and an active online community
What's not so great: Could use a little more depth in being able to compare to prior years return

Turbo Tax is the reliable way to very easily finish the complex task of filing your taxes. The sequence of questions is self explanatory and in simple English.
