Another successful tax year with Turbo

I have been using Turbo for many years and have recommended it to countless others. It gets the job of doing taxes done!
What's great about it: Easy simple.. step by step
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better Than the Other Guy

I have only been preparing my own taxes for 3 years. I used TurboTax my first year and was pleased. The next year I used HR Block (hated it!) because it was cheaper. I see now why it was cheaper. I went back to TurboTax this year. I'm hooked. The TurboTax program is so much easier to follow and actually understand what you are doing. I love the refund ticker at the top. I love being able to import my information from the previous return. I didn't even need to call the help line!!!
What's great about it: Step by step process..that is easy to follow

Made filing my taxes easy

I ound Turbo Tax to be helpful again this year. I ahve used it for many years to file my taxes and it makes filing less of a hassle. Most of the time I've gotten more than I thought I would back. A few times I owed but I had some extra income that didn't have enough tax taken out. I'd recommend this to all levels of users.
What's great about it: Software guides you through the process.
What's not so great: Nothing

Easy to follow tax question process!

TurboTax was extremely easy to use and did a very detailed review of my tax liability and saved me time and money.
What's great about it: Detailed yet informative and saved me money
What's not so great: The size of the window cannot be resized to show more on screen

Great Software

I used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. One year, I switched to a competitors product and was not satisfied. When my taxes became more complicated, I went to a professional accountant. While they were helpful, I still purchased Turbo Tax that year and entered the information into the software. I ended up using the Turbo Tax version of my returns because of questions that were missed by the accountant. With frequent software updates, I feel that I receive the latest information especially with all of the changes in the tax code. Keep up the good work.
