Never Disappointed!

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 4 years and always feel very confident that all of my bases are covered. Turbo Tax's step by step instructions take the customer through every possible area for deductions. Through the years jobs, dependents, homes and other circumstances have changed - but Turbo Tax has always helped me keep up with all of the necessary information to insure that I will receive every deduction that I am entitled to.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions that insure every possible topic is covered!
What's not so great: I didn't get a refund!

It is just too easy.

Very powerful tax preparation program. I would to recommend it to anyone
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walked me though each step of the return. I can't believe that the filing was that easy .3 hours start to fin
What's not so great: didn't like having to have to pay for state filing. that should be free also, for what we pay for this program
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Saved My Butt/Last Minute Filer

Great tool for those of us who don't have ccomplicated returns. Easy to install and easy to use. Makes "Tax Season" short and sweet!
What's great about it: Great directions, step by step guide, allowed me to edit info many times
What's not so great: It didn't gather the info for me/ ha/ha

What's not so great: Does not keep track of past Eduction Credits...I needed to look through past returns

I have been using for years.. with only hours left to complete my returns before the deadline, I am confident that I can breeze throught both Fed and State with no problems. Thank you Turbo Tax :)

Easy Return

All forms for my family were easy to do. One area that I wished to see is whether filing Married Jointly was better than filing Married Head of household. I assume it was better but it would have been nice for the program to tell me what the option for Head of Household would have given me for a return.
What's great about it: 1040-EZ forms were very easy
What's not so great: One area on Dividend income kept asking for information I could not understand
