I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have complete confidence in the accuracy of my returns. I believe the program will always help me find all my legitimate deductions and look for errors expertly.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, trustworthy.
What's not so great: None that I can see

I have bee using TurboTax since the early 90's. It gets better and easier to use every year. Cant say enough or more highly reccommend the product!!! Kudo's TT!!

Love the easy to follow guides, however when I came into an unusual situation I was not able to find the answer. I was able to find a work around.
What's great about it: love to step by step guides
What's not so great: not able to find quick answer to my specific question

One of themost helpful software products on the market.
What's great about it: The step-by-step, lead you by the hand process. And the thoroughness.
What's not so great: Occassionally some of the wording is confusing. Double-negative statements.

Turbo Tax is the easiest, most thorough way for non-professionals to do their taxes. It makes doing income taxes enjoyable!
What's great about it: ease of filling out form
What's not so great: importing of old tax info

First Experience with Deluxe Turbo Tax

As a first time user I was pleased how easy the process was. I have performed my own taxes for over 20 years and in the past 5 years went to a professional, who filed electronically. Now that I have gone through the electronic process I am anxious to continue year to year. I advocates its use!!! My 1st time return will pay for Turbo Tax for the rest of my life!!!
What's great about it: The system walked you through every step with the option to explain each step along the way.
What's not so great: Some of the Forms were not available and I had difficulty setting up my wifes deductions...I had to go thru the 3 times
