We have been using Turbo Tax for the last five years and couldn't be happier. Always easy to use, detailed and self explanatory, No interest in trying any other method.

I prefer Turbo Tax to "the other brand."
What's great about it: I love the interview method with links to tax info. and real IRS documentation.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It seems to ask for all relevant information. Some explanations are still somewhat difficult to follow - for example - "other taxes" category. Based on previous use of the program, I'm confident that my taxes are correct.
What's great about it: Cheaper than paying someone else to do it.
What's not so great: Still very time consuming.

Turbo Tax takes the stress and worry out of filing taxes, its a simple 123, enter info, review info, send info, done.....
What's great about it: peace of mind easy walk thru filing your taxes
What's not so great: no headache in doing your taxes the hardway yourself

Have used TurboTax annually since 2000 and haven't considered nor need another method to file taxes in 13 years. Thanks again TurboTax - you're my go-to for tax filing.
