THis year TurboTax has improved a lot

I love that Turbo Tax explains every step in easy to understand terms. I have no issue filing my taxes and can feel secure that they were done correctly!

Awesome experience. Fast man fast... I couldn't believe how quickly my taxes got done...
What's great about it: I cant believe how fast I got my taxes done with Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Got stuck doing my girls taxes as well
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is a great software product for new and old users. It ask all the right questions and give the right answers. It is user friendly, economical and IT savy.

I'm an attorney, and although I don't practice tax regularly I am versed in, and very familar with the federal tax code and filing taxes. Yet, there is no way I could file my taxes without TurboTax - at least not without driving myself crazy and loosing valuable hours...and days of my life. I am a devoted following of TurboTax.
It is so comprehensive. I love how it walks me through everything. It ever alerts me to apparent conflicts or mistakes. I feel at ease and like I can 100% rely on TurboTax to help me do my taxes every year.
What's great about it: Almost effortless, comprehensive, wickedly awesome
What's not so great: None - not applicable
