Easy as Apple Pie!!

Have used Turbo Tax in the past and I love that all my information is saved from year to year. It is easy to use and covers all the tax topics I need to get the best return possible.
What's great about it: Great transfer from last years return!
What's not so great: Have to go through too many fields when editing one thing.

Still not a winner

I don't think TurboTax does that great a job of finding deductions and explaining what's going on. To make it better, if you owe money, especially in view of previous years, it should show what made the difference.
The Help and FAQs stink, they're out of date, and it's impossible to find the instructions. I don't like looking at a form such as schedule C and not be able to figure out what the different terms mean. For such forms, the instructions should be attached or there should be a link to the form, right there.
The price is going up; it shouldn't.
What's great about it: Able to see all the types of income, expenses, etc. parts possible to file
What's not so great: It needs an overview of sections, and the help is not well integrated
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use

I have always been happy with Turbo Tax, for the over ten years that I have been using it. Last year, I got married to a woman who came from out of state. Preparing returns for Uncle Sam and two different states, one of them a part-year return, was no problem for Turbo Tax. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.
What's great about it: The dialogue is easy to follow.

Turbo Tax as been a great way to complete and file taxes for the pass ten years. It is easy to use and talks you right through it. It also stops you when you make a mistake. Great program
What's great about it: great explanations easy to understand fast and easy to use
What's not so great: price

saves me lots of time

The warning about not being able to e-file with more than one form 2106 should be much more noticeable. The small print makes it easy to miss. Then you find out on the evening of April 15 that you can't e-file! I got around it by deleting the smaller of my 2106's.
This warning should be bolder or blink or something and should be detected during every error check, not just when you're going through the e-file steps at the end.
Other than that it's a great product; I've been using it for many years.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2007 and it always seems the user friendliness increases each year. Seems to be as complete as possible and I am a believer that this software does get you all that is possible.
What's great about it: no problem through the process and easy to understand
