What's great about it: Quick & Easy for the non-expert
What's not so great: What's not to like.

Nearly perfect...but a few odd navigation flaws

Overall, TurboTax is outstanding!
I recommend this to anyone doing their own taxes. The software model has evolved and matured well. You can let TurboTax interview you, or you can dive right into specific forms and do your own data entry.
Twice, when TurboTax did a review and sent me back to correct a field on a specific form, after I made the correction and clicked on Continue, I would get an unexpected screen or form. Some of the stateless navigation in TurboTax needs a little more testing by their development team....
Overall, a beautiful piece of software.
What's great about it: Pulling in data from prior years is a huge plus
What's not so great: A few times when I had to correct a field, using the continue field would bring up a totally unexpected form!

Mishap lead to a Sad night

As I was clicking on your program in the last few steps of e-filing, I was asked to update before I could continue on. I did so and in the process, Turbo Tax restarted itself. This erased my entire file and ALL the work I had done for the last HOUR AND A HALF!! I was so angry and distraught. Paperwork is very stressful for me. I was in tears. I returned the next day (today) to redo the entire process. Which I'm still not super happy about. But, on the bright side, I was able to complete the process the second time within a half hour. (My memorization skills were a big help) So, in conclusion, I would definitely use your program again and even recommend it to others. Thank you for listening and live long and prosper! :)
What's great about it: Quick and easy to enter information
What's not so great: Your program deleted my entire tax file. Described below

easy peasy

I have used Turbo tax for at least 7 years. My kids now use it and I even talked my sister into Turbo Tax and she loves it.
Tax time was very stressful prior to using turbo tax. I dreaded getting everything together including forms. Now we start a new file for tax info at the start of each new year. We purchase Turbo tax and now tax time is just another day. No more stress. Thank You Turbo Tax
