So Easy to Do Refunds!!

I feel that everyone who has to file should at least try to use Turbo Tax. I choose to itemize and Turbo Tax helps me all along the way. I even refinanced this year 2012 and it helped me with that job, which was new for me this year. Yo can do it....if I can do it!!
What's great about it: You get HELP all along the way and it is easy to do

I've used turbo tax for many years. It has always made the tax process a little easier to manuever through. If I had to do it on my own, I would probably have taken it to a tax professional. Not enought time in my day to keep up with all the tax changes. Thanks for all your help Turbo tax!
What's great about it: Walks me through with great ease. Used for years.

Federal fine, State disappointing

We needed to do two states. Couldn't find explanation or help we needed. So confusing and difficult. The deference between Federal and States were remarkable. Federal - excellent. States - not good at all.
What's great about it: Federal was consistently good and easy every year
What's not so great: states were so confusing with some typos

We itemize deductions, but really don't have a complicated financial picture yet. TurboTax makes me feel so confident in doing my own taxes.
What's great about it: Thorough and easy to follow!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent method to do Taxes. Highly recommend to all my friends... No need for an accountant if you use Turbo Tax

Have been using Turbo Tax for years and it has never let us down.
What's great about it: simply answer the questions asked and wolaa form filled out
What's not so great: not much to say, have never had a bad experience
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
