SURPRISED I GOT A REFUND!

I thought I was going to owe. Because of Turbo tax I got EIC just by going through the checking process. Make sure you do all the checking processes. I almost skipped it and would have ended up paying to fed and state.
It's really easier as the program walks you through everything.

As always TURBO is easy and fast. If you are not using Turbo you are missing out on getting the most out of your tax return

I have been using TurboTax since the early 2000's and it just seems to be getting better and better. This year (2012) seemed to be the best ever. I had no trouble loading the software, importing 2011 returns, and having the software work so easily. I did not import anything for charitable contributions and using IT's deductible was so easy and they had so many items to choose from. I think I only found one category I needed (real jewelry) not available and it was so easy to manually enter it. I also liked how you could correct problems during the review. All in all, it was another great experience. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very detailed, best year yet
What's not so great: Can't install free state version on a second computer if first computer has hardware problem.

The easiest most comprehensive, user friendly program I've ever used , especially since it covers so many different situations and scenarios. Absolutely Excellent!!
What's great about it: Everything. Very user friendly. Great Format and guidance.

Stressed No More

I have depended on Turbo Tax for several years to assist me with filing my tax returns. Due to advancing education, my job situation has changed from fairly routine to very complicated. My taxes have changed as well. I wouldn't trust my taxes to anyone else. Turbo Tax helps me maintain control of my return, and for that I am happy!
What's great about it: Very well organized and easy to navigate/understand.
What's not so great: Cannot think of any.

asked but some don't have answers yet. For the cost of turbo tax we should be given at least answers to general type questions
What's great about it: the ease the way Turbo tax walks you thru the process
What's not so great: Ability to get answers to your question w/o paying fee. They take you questions similar to your that other people have

Overall very happy with Turbo Tax, simple to use, fast to work through tax return.
What's great about it: Easy to use and fast to process returns.
What's not so great: Some explanations were not clear and I had to google for more information.
