I believe my missed type in boxes 16 and 17 should have been caught. I could have filed months ago...

Taxes Made Easy

Turbo Tax always makes tax preparation a breeze The only issue came from the early news reports regarding issues with the software, The issues were cleared up immediately by Intuit,in plenty of time for us to file.

Not perfect but it beats doing it by hand

When entering a number that was over 1,140.00, I apparently put a comma instead of the decimal point. Later, I saw that Turbo Tax thought my income was about 114,000 in excess of what it could possibly be. It took a long time, but finally I re-entered everything and realized my error. Seems to me that Turbo should be able to stop me if I put in a comma where only a period should go, so I could fix the error then.
What's great about it: I really love being able to go back over everything without messing anything up.
What's not so great: It takes a lot of sleuthing to uncover where I messed up once I think something is not right

shorted my free state efile

Although I was supposed to get a free state efile, the system wanted me to pay for it.
