Best edition so far

This is the best edition so far. Updates were faster to download. I loved everything about it.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, easy to update
What's not so great: No cons....loved everything about it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Procrastination Salvation!

Yes, I waited to until the last minute... but the ease of download and ease of use for this program are phenomenal! I even need help getting started, and had to access the Advantage help desk. Leonard was ... well he was exactly the opposite of what everyone expects of a help desk person! He was amazingly helpful, patient, and pleasant. He made what is normally a lousy day out of my year, actually seem fun. I reccomend this product to everyone I can, its so rare when not only does a product work as advertized, but actually better. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Service , service and more service!
What's not so great: paying taxes!

Not Bad - Less Pain than Expected

I've used Turbo Tax for years and this year was remarkably easy. Only issues I had were my poor record keeping. Navigation between sections was seamless and the prompting questions were clear and easy to understand. Not always the case in the past. I'll continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Automatic navigation thru the process was excellent. Queries within each subject were very helpful & easy to understandn
What's not so great: Fee for paying via credit card for e-file. I understand it's not Turbo Tax's problem but geez........

What's not so great: Maybe turbo need to send out helpful hints throughout the year based on your tax return

Disappointment no refund!

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and it is quick and easy. I have not had any problems with my returns. I have recommended this program to others.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: trouble printing in screen shots in Windows 8

When I was a professional tax preparer, I prided myself in asking my clients all the necessary questions to complete the best possible return and using Turbo Tax is nearly as good as having me prepare your return, but at a lower cost.
What's great about it: Thorough return completion
What's not so great: Does not adjust interface to knowledge level of user well enough
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: detailed, fast , easy, secure
