everything you need is in here, you don't have to worry if you missed anything, you will have every chance to correct it since it checks all errors.

Puzzled!

I'm a Turbo Tax user for years and this is the first time that this ever happened to me. Whenever I click the print command, a window opens from WordPerfect Lightning asking me for a password??? I can't print directly from Turbo Tax nor from the PDF file. Not sure which program is causing this problem. I will be making phones calls on Monday.
What's great about it: Love the program. Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Can't print my copies???

Problem filing State Of Michigan Review

Federal was great as always, but got stuck in a loop filing Michigan return. Ended up paying for it in hopes of moving forward. Ended up restarting. Which let me complete the state return...but when filing got into another loop while paying. Restarted again and hopefully finished filing. Looks like I'll have to call to get back the extra I paid for filing!!

What's great about it: Finished my whole tax return from right my living room
What's not so great: None
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

This is my 4th year using Turbo Tax, and I have to say, each year is easier than the last, especially with the step by step guidance, gives me confidence that my files are being sent accurately, efficiently, and my refund is rapid.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
