Excellent!!

Excellent software package.
What's great about it: easy to use; really like the ItsDeductable and the auto import for Stock and dividens
What's not so great: would be nice to have IM access to a tax pro for Q&A.

The methodical approach to dealing with each section of the tax return made it easy to follow and entering the required information.

TurboTax get's it done easy

Turbotax makes a completing taxes for both Federal and State easy. The software asks all the right questions and explains answer choice clearly. Once figured out It's Deductable makes donations easy to process. Makes the job quick and, when used year after year, it is easy to input all the grimble.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: It's Deductable isn't always intuitive

It seems harder to just get to a part of a return you want to look at , you have to load the whole return instead of pulling down a menu and choosing go to deductions.

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years plus. Each time I have found it user friendly. Improvements are made each year that just make it that much better.
I just wish it would recognize that my state does not have income tax and stop wasting my time asking me several times to buy the state return.
Overall, this has been a good experience which saves me a lot of time doing it manually.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Keep trying to sell me a state return when my state doesn't have income tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
