EASY RETURN!

I have used Turbo Tax for five years. It is very easy to input the info needed for them to create your return. The step by step instructions are great!
I will definitely continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.

Returns Made Easy

I liked the step by step approach. It checks for all my appropriate deductions. All I had to do was click continue and I was in the next window. Just easy to follow.
What's great about it: Step by step easy to follow.
What's not so great: That the continue is at bottom. would have liked it on side

sometimes I can't see the words because it doesn't appear that it is written to utilize the microsoft font colors. It would be good to work with 508 acessibility people.
I do love how you know most of my info from year to year. sometimes though it tells me to look at last years return in a certain box - why doesn't it already know?
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: color choice isn't great

Had the information when I had questions. So easy if you just follow the program. No stress filing. Will keep on using it.
What's great about it: No worry experience. Provides all information you need.
What's not so great: Should combine efile for state in price.

2012 Filing review

any numbers entered by the user should be reviewed at the end on the build-out.
Human error is the biggest culprit, so a fianl review of all hand entries would be valuable. i.e. Birth date, bank account #'s, etc.
What's great about it: still easy
What's not so great: product should have more second level checks & balances to be sure that all info is accurate.

I Like Things Simple

Given that I waited to the last minute to file my returns this year it was great to have such an easy tool like TurboTax to guide me through the process and provide me with instant e-file capability for both my Federal and State returns. Thanks for making it easy and allowing me to file my returns with confidence under such short time contraints without having to file an extension!!!
What's great about it: Question and answer approach is easy.
What's not so great: I just can't thing of anything
