Make filing taxes easy

I always use Turbo Tax. It is easy and I don't have to worry about my return getting lost in the mail, I also like efiling so I can get my return faster. I have used Turbo Tax for many years, I like that I don't have to re-enter all the information from one year to the next,
What's great about it: Info carried from one year to the next
What's not so great: Can't think of one

Turbo Charged refund !!!

The program is pretty easy to use . However , Maybe some little video tuturials would help. Also maybe a way to increase the font size a little more for us ( Older folks ) like 3-4 times bigger to choose from . otherwise turbo tax is a great tool to use !
What's great about it: Gets User friendly every year !
What's not so great: Kinda take a long time to load !

Easy As Always

I have been using TurboTax for years (maybe 20). Each year the "questions" seem easier to follow, with plenty of explanation if I need it on a topic. The moving into the e-filing and direct deposit/withdrawl has made the final process so quick and clear. As we approach retirement, I plan on using TT continually in the future, and am breaking my wife in on the process, in the event she needs to take the lead at some future time. She already is catching on. Thanks for having such a useful product.
What's great about it: Seems more concise and simpler each year
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 7 years and absolutely love it. It is one of the easiest programs I have ever used.

What's great about it: Felt as if I were working with a REAL person!
What's not so great: sometimes seem to go back to beginning although data was still there

This year I needed to file income tax return literally without any of my documents due to being deployed to the Sandy Disaster for 5 months. Knowing I could use Turbo Tax without concern was such a calming feeling. Results were as satisfactory as I would have expected. We celebrated by having a scotch.
What's great about it: Easy, reliable, amazingly user friendly

Another Tax Year Made Easy

It just makes finding deductions and filing taxes easy!
What's great about it: SImple, intuitive, comprehensive, and affordable
What's not so great: Still had to pay taxes!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Since I could never understand accounting, never mind doing my own taxes, I found the software very easy to use and understand. I also really liked having readily available the side links explaining the items in finer detail. And having the ability to have an expert answer any questions is just very assuring.
A great software for procrastinators like me.
What's great about it: So very easy to use and understand. Especially for people like me that hates accounting.
What's not so great: This being my second year using Turbo Tax, I can't think of any.
