This made the pain full process of paying more in tax less of a headache.
What's great about it: Quick and painless
What's not so great: Wish you did not have to pay to get money back.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I don't think I got the best I could have from my returns. I will probably go to a tax professional next year.
What's great about it: Step by step guidnce
What's not so great: Some of the deductions were difficult to understand, even with the extra explanations.

Easy to deal with

I had overlooked my child deduction section on how long they lived with me. My estimated refund was 1/2 of what it should have been. I had to go back through everything to trouble shoot what went wrong. I didn't know what was wrong in the beginning, but it was an easy fix.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Know what your refund should be around incase you missing something

Great experience for a first timer

Usually my husband does the taxes but I was forced to do it this year. I did them all by myself in less than 2 hours.
