For better or worse

When leaving a page to get help, returning to where I had been was NOT EASY, and required more time and effort than I liked. But the service is good, so on balance the prep of tax forms is easy.
What's great about it: Step by step questions make the process relatively simple. At least it is more clear than manually filling out the 1040
What's not so great: Contacting a "tax expert" was not so easy. Wait time was 30 min., then transfer, wait 30 min. Answer 2 minutes.

I have been using TurboTax for many years now. It is easy to use for the "non-tax" expert.
What's great about it: The questions were very helpful for me.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy tool to use

For most middle age people who are not techies turbo tax is very easy to install and use. Otherwise I would not use it. For years I paid H&R Block hundreds of dollars for them to do what I can do with Turbo Tax for a fraction of the cost.

Price is higher than other comparable products - almost went with the other software. I have used other software, and find turbo tax the easiest. I am not sure it is worth the extra cost anymore.

Easy peasy

The majority of it was automatically entered. The few thing I did have to enter seemed to be the fault of another service. Even entering manually was painless though. Navigation was easy and streamlined.
