I would do away with some forms that aren't needed, ink is pretty expensive

Thank you for making it pretty easy. Didn't say it was pretty fun, but appreciate your good program.
What's great about it: Always have taxes but don't die along with it every year.
What's not so great: Always have a problem finding state sales tax; not found unless you go to the 'do it yourself' instead of Easy.

Hope for better next time

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years and have found it very useful. This year I needed more info on finding coast basis of sales of stock. I definitely will use Turbo Tax next year
What's great about it: the easy guide feature
What's not so great: more explanation for stock , mutuals funds, and bonds

Great Progam But Had Problems During E-Filing

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. This year the program appears to have inserted unnecessary dependent information forms at the end of the process while I was trying to complete e-filing. A message came up that said there was another form that had to be completed to e-file, even though the error checking found no errors..When I clicked continue there was the info form. It would not allow me to efile without filling it out, but we have no dependents to be entered and no way to gracefully exit the form. After checking the users help area I went to VIEW FORMS and found 5 copies of the blank form! I manually deleted all 5 of them and then redid the e-file. It finally completed successfully. I am not sure when or why in the process it decided to insert the blank forms and was not happy that it decided to "blow up" during the filing process!
What's great about it: Ease of entering data - and sometimes the extra questions help.
What's not so great: Program automatically entered a blank dependent info form when we had no dependents
