Efficient and simple approach

TurboTax is very easy to follow with clear questions to answer and frequent offers of help to provide more information. I have used it for more years than I can remember and would never switch.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions

Got the Disability Credit in GA!

Gets better every year......thought I was going to have to pay thousands but Turbotax helped me get it down to almost nothing with all the deductions I did not even know about.
For my state, I was going to have to pay almost $200 but the system asked me about a disability and all of the sudden I was getting a state Refund!
What's great about it: lots of information in one place
What's not so great: too many passwords and log ins
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very convenient

Have been using this product for several years. It saves me time by pulling records from past year. This also helps in not forgetting entries like charities I regularly donate to, banks int/div/mortgage. etc.
What's great about it: Pulls info from last year and gives smart prompts so I don't miss something
What's not so great: The help at each page could have had more details

We have been using TurboTax for years and because of how wonderful the program is......we will be using it for years to come.
What's great about it: Incredibly easy to use and incredibly accurate!

I LOVE TTAX

I have used TTAX sine 1990's. I tried a different program once or twice - with regrets. I will always use TTAX unless I'm dead.
What's great about it: Fast, East, Comprehensive

This is my first time to "personally" do our taxes. My husband is the smart one around here but TurboTax made it to where it is so easy!!!!
