Takes the stress out of Tax time!

Our family has used Turbo Tax for several years. It makes the most inexperienced individual into a tax expert. They also have a great help center for when you don't feel like a tax expert.
What's great about it: Walks you step by step through the process
What's not so great: I can't e-file because of my required additional forms

Terrific Tangible Taxes

I waited till the last minute. I wasn't concerned because this product is so user friendly and competent "Can one say software is competent?" That is exactly what I think about Turbo Tax. I enjoy knowing questions I have can be answered by the software, the online help or the chat feature. I like seeing the side by side comparison of previous year taxes as it helps to gauge your future year tax situation. Turbo Tax is a joy to use!!!
What's great about it: Everything! Ease of Use in the comfort of my home.

As much as I hate taxes, turbo tax makes it relatively painless for me. Using the system year after year get easier every time.
What's great about it: It was nice to have so much taken care of already with the info from last year already in the system.
What's not so great: I just hate doing taxes....

Very Painless

What can you say, we, who work, pay taxes to keep this country running. Turbo Tax has been my choice for filing and has never let me down. What has made me a true believer in using Turbo Tax has been the ease of entering data for a rental property out in California...all without having to pay a specialist...tax accountant. Keep up the great job. I shall be using Turbo Tax for years to come.

Have used TurboTax for 6 years

Overall, I think TurboTax does a great job, and I have used it for many years for that reason. Sometimes, I still feel like I could be making an error. Today, for some reason, my error check took me into a form and asked me to fill in a blank. Why didn't my previous answers give TurboTax enough information to fill in that blank on its own? Overall, it does great, though, and I think it gets clearer and clearer each year.
What's great about it: Questions are faily straightforward and there are help screens if you need more information
What's not so great: Sometimes it is still too complicated; it is hard to know where to put certain expenses

Best Software for Returns!!

I did my return and thought a different online income tax service might be better, so I did my return with them too and TurboTax saved me over $4000 that the other online service.
What's great about it: Got much higher refund than a leading online tax software
What's not so great: Did not get deductions where I thought I should
