Turbo Tax makes it easy

This is my second year using turbo tax and it really makes filing taxes a breeze. We don't have any unusual circumstances so using Turbo Tax was a no-brainer for us. We will definitely use it again next year. I like that it can export last year's information into the current one.
What's great about it: Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

forms not ready

but i would think that they would have any and all forms ready to submit. should not have to put return on hold and return 2 weeks later to finish a certain form.

What's great about it: step by step walks you through return
What's not so great: did not like for the second year when i filed, there were forms not ready

What's great about it: Easy to read, EZ guide, simplified instructions
What's not so great: If change computers, file from last year not available!!!!

Aced my return

This time i did my own taxes, and i am getting all of my refund. Last year i went into HR Block office, and they received a large portion of my refund. I will do turbo from now on.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and e-file
What's not so great: Would like to have had live chat while doing online tax

Good information got through my filing, a good experience and I got a refund! I have used it before and Turbo Tax continues to be my choice.

Always easiest program to use/maximie refund

TurboTax is the most consistent, timely, and comprehensive program for most people today. Taxes do not have to be complex, just be prepared to take the time to read each page, and always use the "walk through" feature to ensure your return is maximized. Answer each question accurately, and if you aren't sure, just click the blue print and it fully explains everything. For something still unsure, there are direct links to the irs site to get you the answer or the publication you need to refer to especially if you are itemizing. In today's world, most of us can benefit from itemizing if we just keep accurate records with Quicken, then import into Turbo Tax! Even when I'm 80, I'll be using TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easiest to use, walks you through every step, consistently same structure, no relearning
What's not so great: if you accidentally say yes and add a form you don't need, sometimes difficult to get it completely removed

This was the first time i ever did my own taxes, got referred by a friend and was totally shocked at how easy,simple and fast it was to prepare my own taxes. Never again will i go elswhere to prepare my taxes im hooked on TurboTax and really cant wait till next year to do it again.
P.S. Im going to tell my closest friends and family about this and promise to give you at least 15-25 new customers.
