Peace of Mind

Easy Guide and It's Deductible combine to provide to great peace of mind that I've correctly included all income and appropriately itemized deductions.
What's great about it: Easy guide makes it simple
What's not so great: Error check can be sticky - it caught some duplicate info, but it wasn't so easy for me to find the duplicated worksheet

Have been using TurboTax for I don't know how many years now. It's very transparent and user-friendly; I like the option of going to a particular section or letting TurboTax guide me through the steps. One of the best features is that you can transfer last-year's tax information into this year's return - this truly saves a lot of time; and then it transfers all of your Federal info. into your State return. I've honestly had no complaints; and will buy TurboTax again next year!
What's great about it: Epitome of User Friendly
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I was never able to delete my state return. I did not need to file one, but did not have the option to delete. I followed the instructions from the help topic, but they didn't match the what the menu choices provided.
What's great about it: So fast and user friendly!
What's not so great: Difficult to delete state return.

I absolutely love the ability for TurboTax to import a lot of the personal information from a previous return - this saves a lot of time(which also helps when you forget until the last minute to file). I realize that the tax laws get quite confusing to the average taxpayer so I hope in the future the help can be more friendly. In either case, I do recommend TurboTax to anyone looking for a great product that in easy to use.
What's great about it: Downloaded information from previous return
What's not so great: Tax law in confusing, some of the questions in areas never used before are also confusing (the "HELP" didn't).

What's great about it: remembers the past
What's not so great: no "express the same as last year" option
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast, Simple and Easy!

We've used Turbo Tax for years and are always happy with the results. They make the process very simple, easy and quick. I also like how the program walks you through all the steps. I don't see my self not using Turbo Tax...it's just so convenient.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and very fast.
What's not so great: Never had an issue
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is easy and for the money and convenience a great tool for speeding up my tax process.
