Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. After going to another location and they said I owed lots of money, I left and bought Turbo Tax. Heck I didn't owe and instead I actually recieved a refund. I have used Turbo Tax ever since and recommend to everyone when ever they ask.
What's great about it: Explantions are easy to understand

We had procrastinated until April 15th and this came in to save the day! We flew through the forms with your expert help and maximized our deductions. If we had any questions, we had the little question mark readily available to give us a perfect idea of what each item meant. Thanks for making the tax process easy!
What's great about it: Super Quick, Easy, and helped my wife calm down even though we procrastinated until the last tax day.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Entering mileage for property rental is not clear. I would like to enter mileage only, but it asks for make of vehicle, when purchased, etc. I finally gave up and didn't enter mileage.
What's great about it: Easy and Fast. Guide me is great

Procrastinator Convenience

Single. Extremely busy work schedule of 60-80 hours. This is my life safer, and doesn't cost huge dollars for someone to file and ask me the same questions. Thank you!

Easy to use and quick. Double checked everything. Did it all from home and no trip to see a tax preparer.
What's great about it: Easy return filing. No need for an accountant.
What's not so great: Cost was a little high considering I had to pay to e-file State Return.

good product ,work on the additional expenses for more that one state returns and double whammed on stat filings
