Gets better every year!

This is the best way to file taxes. I've read all 70,000+ pages of the tax code and can't figure out a better, easier way to do taxes, than TurboTax.

Many happy returns

I have used Turbo Tax for at least the past 10 years and have never been disappointed with the experience. Short of having a live tax accountant sitting next to me to walk me through the filing process, Turbo Tax makes filing my taxes a calm, systematic, and confidence-boosting experience. I am hooked on it and plan to use Turbo Tax so long as I can read and use a keyboard! Looking forward to "many happy returns!"
What's great about it: Simple, clear, supportive, hassle-free, detailed, accurate
What's not so great: No complaints
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very disappointed

Still on hold… could not efile my could not efile my state tax returns. Kept getting a message saying I had timed out. Wasted a lot of time trying. Wasted my money on Turbo Tax Deluxe if I can’t efile my state taxes. Have been a repeat customer. Guess I’ll try a new product next year.

I've been with TurboTax for 4 years or more now. I feel confident and found there is no need to change.
What's great about it: Easy Guide was my favorite
What's not so great: I would've like a live chat line for any questions

This is a great program to use for each year's information. It makes filing taxes a process of answering simple questions and copying information from forms.
What's great about it: Easy to track info and complete deductions!

We have been using Turbotax since 2004 and feel very confident when we file our taxes. It is really straightforward and alerts you to any possible issues. We will be back again next year.
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: no online backup in case you lose previous year returns

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years! It really is a great program and makes me feel a little bit in control of my destiny - rather than just having somone give me a figure! Love it!
