Turbo Tax Experience Positive

Very easy to use. Can either walk through steps or self guided. The progression between screens was very well thought out. The help was appropriate and helpful, imagine that! E-File was easy. Overall I would rate this an excellent product.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Not a Con really. Make sure you prepare. Have the documentation ahead of time.

After tax season compare; when the stress is gone, sit down and plug in the pertinent information and compare. Turbo Tax is truly the best of best.
What's great about it: Step by step so simple for any level of filing
What's not so great: Uhmmm I really like this product

Some problems finding where to go to make changes

Handles changing lifestyles and normal situations. have been using it for 15 years or so (Atari)
What's great about it: good clean fun back in tax preparation
What's not so great: not large enought refund!

Simple & Informative for a First-Time User!

As a first-time tax filer, I always found the tax filing process rather intimidating. Now that I have hit the age/point that I have to, I'm glad I used Turbo Tax. It was very easy and the design made it very simple to use. I liked that there were lots of help pages to guide you along the process. Simple, easy to use and overall the best way to file taxes (for people like me of course!)
What's great about it: Easy to understand, explained tricky sections
What's not so great: Wish there was a "chat with a live representative" option, but I won't get too greedy :)
