reaonable coverage with average software

Doesn't understand certain schedule D data,ex. putting in K-1 data into a Pa schedule or putting in, in lieu of cash. Every year it refuses to print the requested pages, ex. ask for only the form but still get additional info.
I think it is getting a little pricey compared to other preps.

Turbo Charged Refund!

Over all, the program was very good. The questions were right on target and were easy to understand. I have used other programs in the past that have left me frustrated and confused. I will recommend Turbo Tax to all my friends.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: State program didn't want to download.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax for 12 years and could not get any help thru any of your helps, questions or anything.
What's not so great: the program kept going to review errors for stste and I could find any and it would not file the state

Perfect tool for anyone. Very simple-walks you through everything. Turbo Tax checks and rechecks and rechecks again to find any mistakes or extra deductions. I love Turbo Tax!!

I have used TT for a number of years with much success and am confident that my taxes are filed legally correct. Since the federal & state governments both prefer e-filing, that should be free or a tax credit.
What's great about it: keeps one from forgetting or overlooking deductions, helps prevent expensive errors
What's not so great: each year the process seems to get longer, but this is probably the fault of our tax laws, e-file fees too high
