Old Time Turbo Tax User

I have been a Turbo Tax user since it first came out!! I believe that was back in the late '80's!! I have enjoyed using all Intuit products since that time. Quicken was one of the first accounting programs I had ever used...QuickBooks came along shortly thereafter and both have proven to be outstanding programs for large or small offices and personal accounting!!
To be able to have all of that fall under the same umbrella and to mesh with Turbo Tax (VERY CONCISE and EASY TO USE) is heaven (for an accountant).
Glad you're still going strong Turbo Tax...don't know what I'd do without you!!

What's great about it: I love the ease in whichI am able to do taxes on this program
What's not so great: Sometimes finding answers to specific questions is difficult

I have used TurboTax since the mid 90's...always right and easy to use!
What's great about it: Detailed yet simple to understand
What's not so great: None!
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax many times and love that it import information from the previous year as it saves time. The way the program allows you to use the easy Step or navigate on your own is nice. Sometimes you know you don't need to complete a section or you took a break and came back to finish. It is helpful that there are multiple ways to get information or help as needed.
What's great about it: Step-by-Step, leave and come back, availability of help

I love the way turbo tax guides you through the process. I've been using it for years successfully. I had a problem this year with text and buttons disappearing on the screen when the mouse passed over it.
What's great about it: excellent job every year
What's not so great: graphics
