As always I wait until the last minute to do my taxes! TurboTax made it quick and easy. I filed in less than an hour and I am stress free!!!!!!

Mostly easy to navigate. Actually takes away some of the complication associated with tax accounting and reporting.
Wish there was a way to jump to specific information in the forms within the guide (Q&A) process.
Overall: Positive experience.
What's great about it: Guided through the process and content with helpful pop-ups
What's not so great: Can't get to specific areas very easily

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 4 years and have saved our family a ton of money! It is very user friendly. I only wish that there was a sheet to print out prior to starting with a list of all the things that one might need to prepare your taxes. If I didn't have to stop and hunt information down I would have been done even sooner!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I think this is the best program out there, and is also very good at picking up deductions that other programs miss. Especially at the State level.

Very User Friendly!

I spent a good deal of time trying to understand 'Employer' HSA contributions and i was thankful I did because I almost did double entry on the 'contributions' i made to my HSA via my payroll ~ wording should note Employer considers everything done through your payroll (Employer + Employee amounts) and Other contributions are if you add money to the account mid-year or your parents do on your behalf. Otherwise, have been using TurboTax for 15 years and find it terrific for my basic needs.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step
What's not so great: Occasional wording can be confusing...
