Successfully Used for Many Years

Still difficult to navigate back to a specific entry using the walkt me thru it process. Frustratingthat it doesn't keep the answers to all the many questions you are asked if you do go back to an area using the walk me through it process. Otherwise, entering info is easy with lots of good reminders and helpful tips along the way.
What's great about it: Good walk thru info when uncertain of all the ins/outs.
What's not so great: Difficulty of going back to an entry in the walk thru method. See below

I have used Turbo Tax since 1993 and continue to be satisfied with the ease of use and filing convenience.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE AND FILE RETURNS
What's not so great: NONE. I HAVE USED TURBO TAX SINCE 1993

I have used TurboTax for at least 3 years (probably more) & the preparation is easy to do, especially since it asks you questions you can answer & those answers you provide are inserted into the tax return in the proper place. You can go back & review easily during the preparation process & it checks & doublechecks at the end when you are about to file. The only downside is during the auto-review process, if there is an error, it only shows you on the tax form where the error is. For me, it would have been more helpful to take me back to the section of questions & answers where the mistake was made. Perhaps I misunderstood the question which led to an incorrect amount or number. But, on the upside of that, the help dropdown menu was very helpful in getting me to the right "answer" in the end.
What's great about it: real language that I can understand
What's not so great: errors not always understandable
