Better than last year

I like the new look and the ease of going from coached input to forms. I have been a TurboTax user for many years now and will continue purchasing the program for my personal taxes.
What's great about it: Not as cumbersome for seasoned TurboTax users
What's not so great: None this year

Wow - talk about easy -Taxes have always scared me - never again - so proud to say I did my own taxes this year!
What's great about it: held my hand all the way; explained section if I needed it, checked my return to make sure it was correct
What's not so great: I should have saved my money in the past

Consistent, annual results!

It's clear that TurboTax learns a little something each year in how to "speak to the user' in the effort to tackle each & every step in the lengthy tax-filing process. Really is helpful in their approach - - my hats off to them for addressing it this way. I don't need to & won't go any other way than TurboTax. #Have been using past 5-years or so.#
What's great about it: Walks you through each step, removing the guesswork. Greatly reduces the "when do I enter this info?"
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Quick and easy filing experience

I really liked that I was very quickly able to complete and e-file both my state and federal tax returns. TurboTax is an excellent product. The review of my returns for errors was quick and thorough. Filing the returns electronically came off without a hitch. The IRS did reject my federal e-file and therefore my state did as well, but TurboTax notified me quickly by text and e-mail. TurboTax also helped me correct and resubmit these filings. I believe the rejections had nothing to do with TurboTax, but rather the IRS' poor ability to effectively administer the US Tax Code and tax collection.
What's great about it: Quickly and logically led me through the process of filing
What's not so great: Problems with the Federal Government accepting my e-file
