Good Program

The program has help me reduce my tax liabilities, which I was happy for. I was stuck with $1000 tax bill. The program told me what to do to reduce that bill.
What's great about it: Help me avoid tax liablities
What's not so great: some time it hard to find where to put stuff

Every year I do the same thing waiting to the last minute, but at least TT makes it easy.
What's great about it: ease of entry - guided is great
What's not so great: extra filing fees

The program worked pretty well. I had to reload it as it tended to crash after I first installed it. second time was better

I have been using TurboTax for years primarily because of its "interview" process format and simile for completing form information while also allowing free edit of items as needed without going through this process. It organizes form items in a logical way with Income and Expense sections so that income can and deductions can be seen and edited for various categories of income and expense. It's readout of payment or refund amount is helpful to compare entering of information along the way.
What's great about it: Walks you through items in plain language.
What's not so great: Need more of explanation of calculations

Boost Your Confidence!

Simply stated, is the best Tax Preparation program out there!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax gives you full confidence with what you are doing. You'll be well guided in the right direction.
What's not so great: I missed the short video clip instructions like before. But its still excellent
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
