A day with Turbo Taxes

For years filling out taxes was a major pain. Filling out all the forms took a long time, and the more complicated tax filing took time to research new tax laws. Then along came Turbo Tax, and a start of a new outlook on doing taxes. I am a loyal fan who has used Turbo taxes for years. I spend April 15th doing my taxes with Turbo and breath a sigh of relief because Turbo does all the work. Thank you for producing a great tax software and making it so user friendly.
What's great about it: fast, reliable and accurate service

Why TurboTax? Because I am a procrastinator

Why oh why do I wait till the last day, the last hours. Thankfully, I used TT for the last few years so it was relatively easy plug-in and finalize both Federal and State. Importing in last years info saves a lot of hours and keystrokes.
What's great about it: Easy to follow roadmap - and you can always return to a previous section
What's not so great: It doesn't make good coffee

EZ Tax Time

Turbo Tax is easy, fast and fun (as much fun as doing your own taxes can be). It has lots of info, lots of help and lots of tools to make your life easier. It's almost like having your own tax person doing your taxes, the way it walks you through the process, asks you questions and notes any problems or discrepancies or errors needing to be fixed.
I highly recommend Turbo Tax, I've been using it since the beginning over 20 years ago.

What's great about it: Easy to figure out, easy to navigate, easy to get thru
What's not so great: Still doesn't pay your taxes or keep track of your receipts (you have to do that first)

No refund, but painless to file

thanks for great easy to use product. Used a few others in the past, came back to TurboTax
What's great about it: Quick and Easy to use
What's not so great: Deductions for Charity were a little cumbersome.

Great product, year after year you continue to impress me.
What's great about it: Easy t follow step by step
What's not so great: I did like the the directions to recalculate last year's ATM. Instructions were too ambiguous
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Straighforward and easy as before, wev'e used Turbotax for 5 years now. Keep coming back for a reason. The pain is not related to the software, Turbotax does what it promises. The pain has to do with how our tax situation has changed due to politics! Turbotax remains the best, and most cost-effective way to get the most out of your tax situation.
What's great about it: Easy to use, to the point
What's not so great: Not much, would love a lower price.
