Turbo Tax

Couldn't locate or fix error that prevented the filing of state return. However you did get the information to charge me for the efile then told me I couldn't use it.

As I was filling out this survey and a negative description the form disappeared - so I had to fill it out a second time
What's great about it: easy entry
What's not so great: Couldn't locate or fix the problem that prevented the efile of state tax return

Finally got taxes done

this was my first time filing our taxes. My wife has done them in the past, but due to our schedules, it was on me to do them. Overall it wasn't too bad although the itemizing of our donations took awhile, i am pretty pleased to have our taxes finally filed.
What's great about it: everything was explained on what i needed

2012 Turbo Tax Review

Over all I had a good experience with Turbo Tax software and would still recommend it to my friends.
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: scared me at the end it got flakey and instead of E-filing it started to review return again.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and keeps things in order. By being able to review and check errors is the greatest feature. I file knowing it is secure and safe! Have used Turbo Tax for a few years now and have NEVER experienced any problems!!!
What's great about it: Love that Turbo Tax walks me through each step!!

Fast & Easy

This is my 5th year w/ TT. It is much easier because instead of having to have a large, cleared area with all the contributing paper plus the computer and then follow complicated steps to slowly fill in the forms, you can work on one thing at a time. If you can't finish, just put it away and pick up on it later. It really helps speed up the processes by letting you fit in taxes when there is time between other matters. Also, if it gets aggravating, you can stop. Later when things are calm you can go back to it. Finally, when you're done, your records are all right there, nicely organized into a PDF and easy to print if you need a paper file.
What's great about it: Focus on one thing at a time. Do it in steps. Pick it up Later
What's not so great: Distracting when it tries to get you to buy stuff.
