I have used this program for over 20 years and it gets better all the time.
What's great about it: ease of use..
What's not so great: Too many tax laws..

Easy, but no refund

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last three tax seasons. It's incredibly easy, cheap, and efficient. My only concern about a self-completed tax filing is the possibility of not incorporating deductions because you are not sure if it applies to you.
What's great about it: Self Explanatory
What's not so great: May miss refunds if not careful
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Three Years with Turbotax

Turbo tax has saved me substantial money over the last three years. The first year obviously took more time because I was entering new date, but since then it has been extremely simple, in spite of the fact that I have a small home operated business.
What's great about it: Wonderful careover from prior yearts---makes it easier
What's not so great: Because I'm retired I had trouble with the income part

First Time

First time I have ever used a computer program to figure my taxes. This was outstanding ! It was well organized, easy to use and provided the explanations I needed. I will get the Business program now and do my own business filings. This was wonderful....a great experience.
What's great about it: Easy, Well organized!
What's not so great: Print on screen was to small

I have used turbotax for years and really like it, it was easier this year. sometimes it is hard to find something that I need to change, but it was easier this year.
