Turbo Tax Could Be Faster to Use

In previous editions of Turbo Tax, the user could navigate into specific parts of a section without once again answering all the questions to get to the part needed. Very frustrating waste of time to have to do that, but necessary with a complex business such as real estate. The last two editions of Turbo Tax have taken nearly twice as long to complete as in years past. I would also like to see more explanatory material available.
What's great about it: Makes it possible to do my own taxes, not pay a CPA
What's not so great: Used to be able to navigate to specific parts of sections instead of starting at the beginning of a section.

Really liked the way it takes you step by step and the extra details you can get on items you dont know about

Have used TurboTax for many years and have no complaints. Always easy and helpful. Would never hesistate to recommend to anyone.

on the business level not easy to understand where some information goes outside that a great program
What's great about it: love the import function.. and the questions asked make it easy to fill out the forms
What's not so great: can see the continue button. always have to scroll down with side bar

Would recommend to any age group of people, that is, from a young to old age person. Very easy to follow directions and complete returns, although in the end to sign up for credit card payment is was somewhat confusing to do both state and federal payment.
What's great about it: Immediate help
What's not so great: Could not always find a back button
