Always so easy

I've used Turbotax for years! It's always so easy to navigate. Even with the deductions I have, I've never had a problem.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and always appreciate the way I can access my previous tax data in seconds. Turbo Tax explains the process in easy to understand terms. I will continue to be a loyal customer in the future.

Turbotax was easy to use and covered everything.
What's great about it: Can do everything yourself at a low cost
What's not so great: No direct interactions
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Make sense of the tax code

I have been a TurboTax user for many years. I remember reading in an Intuit annual report (years ago) that said their objective was to make software that was so simple and intuitive that users could not imagine going back to the old way. That would describe my satisfaction perfectly.
My tax return is not overly complex, but would take much more time and effort if done any other way. I am well organized, so all I really need is the TurboTax software to guide me in filling in all the required information. I think a paid tax preparer would take more of my time and cost me far more than what I pay for TurboTax. I will be a customer for life!

Pretty simple to use!!!

My husband and I have been using Turbo Tax for years, we would not use anything else. It is simple to install and walks you right through the steps. It asks you for all different kinds of deductions. I love how it can store your info from last year and carry the numbers over so I don't have to go back through our files to find the info needed. We love the price of it, it is such a steal compared with going to a tax firm.
What's great about it: easy to use, detailed, walks you right through

I wish the price would be a write off but all in all it is a nearly goof proof way of doing taxes. Highly recommended!

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 9 years and have yet to ever be disappointed with its results! I always have a quick and easy experience and a fast refund! Highly recommended!

Turbo Tax Review

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and it seems to get easier every year, maybe I am just getting a little better at doing the taxes only downfall is that I always have to pay federal, not Turbo Taxes fault just don't have dependents or enough deductions.
