What's great about it: Ease of use, guided tours, help
What's not so great: Cost breakdown for different versions... too much for e-file state.

Saved Me at the Last Minute!

This system totally saved me! I was out of town on business and had failed to make an appointment. A friend told me about TurboTax and it saved me a bundle in prep fees AND got me as much back as last year...so it was a TOTAL WIN!!
What's great about it: easy, reasssuring, made me confident that I was doing the right thing!

Got it done

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. Before that is was MacinTax. I do miss some of the explanatory videos. But I am used to using it and find it incredibly helpful to me.
What's great about it: Gets it done quickly
What's not so great: Not as clear as it used to be

Quicky ---not Tricky

I can't believe how quick and not at all tricky to do this program. I love it that I can finish my taxes in a fast and easy way. I just go through the topics and answer the questions with no problem because you can click the learn more if I needed a little more detail on the questions.
What's great about it: Quick to do
What's not so great: nothing

Straight-forward Tax Filing

I think that I will use Turbo-Tax to file my taxes every year. The format is easy to follow along with, and I feel like I am doing just as good as a paid professional would without the extra cost.
What's great about it: It is almost fool-proof, just plug in the numbers when they ask for them straight off of your paperwork.
What's not so great: I wasn't so sure if there was anything I could deduct from the cost of closing on our home.

Excellent Process

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. Turbo Tax imports all of previous years so I do not have to enter the same thing over again. Most excellent! I love Turbo Tax and would not use any other.
