Easy to use

Been using TurboTax for years and it just keeps getting better and better. I can file our taxes with no worries that I will miss anything.
What's great about it: User friendly, easy to navigate, peace of mind
What's not so great: No live chat
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

If you are individual looking for a simple to use to help your tax, this is it. It can handle more complicated situations too. Help me greatly in filing sch A, B, C, D and E

Navigating Turbo Tax

Not very user friendly, especially if you have to go back to correct anything, especially in the sales tax. Kept coming up with -0- tax deduction, actually had to go to form to enter an amount for 2 big purchases.
What's great about it: Handy
What's not so great: Could be more user friendly.

I've been using TurboTax for years, and I am a very satisfied customer!
TurboTax is very easy to use and e-filing was quick and simple.
Love the detailed explanations and guidance!
What's great about it: No charge for filing Federal OR State Tax!!
What's not so great: Does not allow to pay NYS taxes using credit card.

Import functions work well. Review screens well done. As a user of Turbo Tax since the first release, some of the observations about sub-panel that reviewers have made are still true. No real way to expand and see more of form. Screen is sometimes cluttered with advertising, that not appreciated in a product that one paid for.
Overall product is good. It is stlll the best available. Help screens are less helpful than prior years, but still good for basics.

What's great about it: Excellent Backup, good PDF print/file, improved preparer review screen
What's not so great: cumbersome sub-panels, too many imbedded ads, screen panel bloat showing people and experience years,
